AEISD has offered programs to support and nurture individuals on their spiritual journey since 1993 in the Phoenix metro area.  AEISD has earned a reputation for helping seekers deepen their relationship with God, themselves and others. 

AEISD provides programs and support for spiritual directors, clergy, leaders of contemplative prayer groups and retreats, other lay leaders, and individuals--all who seek to deepen their relationships with God. Our programs include one-day classes focused on the foundations of spirituality, a two-year intensive training program for those answering a call to spiritual direction, companioning or mentoring, and a one-year program in personal discernment.
